So because I just got back from Disney World ( I won the Super Bowl remember?!) today’s comic is delayed in being uploaded due to that crazy coloring part. Plus, I don’t want to upload this one in black and white first because it’s the reveal of Jake’s monster design.

With NYCC coming up this week, I’ve been running around crazy trying to get organized and get merchandise made but the new comic is still coming today! Here’s a teaser from the panel I just drew starring Shadowman and the bloated Baby Cthulhu! Thanks for checking it out!

My friend Dawn, creator of Zorphbert & Fred, recently got married and had a ‘registry’ of sorts for guest art so she could enjoy her wedding without worrying about pesky webcomic deadlines. I chose to draw her character Zorphbert as a ring bearer because I love Zorphie’s attitude and I was once a ring bearer when I was little. Sure, that wedding ended up in divorce, but that’s not my fault. I was like seven years old.

UPDATE: My hard drive died. It’s taking 5 days to fix. A new special update will take place Wednesday AND FRIDAY! Hope this makes up for this missed comic this week.

Hey! Hope you’re having an awesome week of holiday goodness so far! This week’s new TaraNormal will be posted on Friday instead of today. My computer is having some issues so I have an appointment tomorrow to get it worked on. Once it’s fixed (the problem shouldn’t be too bad I was told) I’ll be able to finish coloring the comic and post it. This week’s comic is worth the wait and I’m really sorry I can’t post it today. Hello Believers! While our regular updates have been Mondays and Wednesdays in 2011, we’re switching to Wednesday and Friday this week only because of the holiday yesterday. We were in Pittsburgh and our car died much like Optimus Prime did in Transformers: The Movie (that’s when my childhood ended btw).

I didn’t cry like when Prime bit it but I came close. The car didn’t have to turn gray like Optimus did in the movie as it was already silver. Maybe that was the problem- it was already dead when we bought it. Gross. We had been driving a rotting corpse. A zombie car! Our new car is dark red so no more worrying about that.
