I BELIEVE: Floating Corpse Not A Corpse
Williamsport, PA is my hometown so the following story doesn’t surprise me. But it is awesome to read.
A Williamsport woman thought she saw a dead body floating down the Susquehanna River so she called authorities. When the authorities arrived to fish out the cadaver, it sat up and looked at them.
The non-cadaver Joseph DeAngelo was simply sunbathing.
“I was on my back, looking up at the sky. It was just like being on a cloud,” DeAngelo said.

DeAngelo said he and his son often come to the river to cool off. He was just as shocked as everyone else to see emergency personnel standing around.
“I didn’t mean to worry anyone,” DeAngelo said. “It’s nice and quiet, very peaceful, especially on a nice summer day like this, just to float and forget your troubles.”
Sounds like a zombie to me, Williamsport. Handle it accordingly.
